Their mom who was divorced from their dad is receiving my brothers benefits as his divorced wife of over 10 years, She is living with her fiance with my brothers two girls and paying all of the expenses for her fiance. What can I do to insure that my nieces get the survivors benefits money from their dad that belongs to them legally?

The best way to get answers to your question is to retain an attorney to represent your deceased brother's minor children to consult the Social Security Administration on their behalves to inquire about their entitlement to such benefits through their deceased father.
