What are the chances of my parents’ visit visa approval when I am on a dependent status H4?

Hi,
My parents applied for a visit visa while
I was on F-2 and got rejected the VO
only asked what’s your daughter’s
status..
now, i’d like them to apply again as I
am going to have a baby next year,
please advise

They can try to reapply of course and explain your status but that their reaon is to come to see their brand new grandchild who will be born and to help you in the first month or so after you give birth.  However, they have to be prepared to show that they have no immigrant intent and that they will return to their home country once their authorized period of stay in the US expires.
