What are the abandonment laws on personal property?
I bought a stroller on-line and it was shipped to my house instead of the address that I requested. The seller sent a new one to the correct address and said he’d have the other picked up. It’s been over 2 months and nothing. I’ve e-mailed and his last response was over 2 months ago.

From what you have written, the stroller that you bought online is not abandoned by the seller. For some odd reason, he or she has yet to pick it up as represented in the last contact you had about the item.
I would send the seller another e mail asking when he or she will pick up the item from your home. If you have no response, I would ship the stroller back to the seller so that you do not have to deal with the item anymore.
