What are my options.

My father recently passed. He did not
have a will. He owned the house before
he was married to my stepmother. Do I
have any rights to the house? What are
my options? She asked me to sign the
house over but I do not want to.

I am so sorry for your loss.  If your Step-mother is asking you to sign over the house then that likely means it was in his name only.  Your step mother can not be cut out of your Father's estate entirely but it doesnot mean you are either.  You need to seek legal help.  You need to know what he had that are considered separate assets, joint assets and what passed to whom.  Sign nothing.  Good luck.
