what all can i sue for?

my storage unit has locked me out 3 times. I’m a caterer and was locked out my
unit. lost money for an event I couldn’t do because i was locked out. I lost a
client and still had to pay my staff and return some of the money back to the
client. What can i sue the storage company for?

IF the lock-out was improper, you could sue to recover the amounts you had to pay out plus your lost profit on the event. (You can't recover money for any costs you were able to avoid--e.g. if you didn't have to use up some supplies because you did not do the event, you can't recover the cost of those supplies, since you still have them.)
If the lock out was due to your conduct, such as if you failed to pay your locker rent on time, then they are not liable, since it was your failure to honor your obligations which caused this. (You also can't recover money if the lock out was due to forces beyond their control, like a nearby fire causing their whole facilty to be inaccessible.)
