What to do if we moved 3 1/2 months ago and our moving company has yet to return some of the furniture that it lost?

I call them once a week, they are waiting for a truck to come this way (they are based in one state and we are in another), yet we should be their #1 priority since we have already paid them. They are always feeding me lies and they have no customer service. The main supervisor is rude and claims to know nothing about my situation. Are they allowed to do this to us?
