If we had a marriage ceremony and 2 hours later we split up but the marriage license was not signed by the pastor, are we legally married?

Until the marriage certificate is signed by the person who married you and is filed in the county and state from where it was issued, then you and the person who went through the ceremony with you are not legally married under any state in this country.
