Trucking Company Will Not pay Me

I was working at a trucking company and I was suppose to be getting paid today December 15th and have not. I asked for Tuesday off because I had an appointment and when I got home I asked for a load and got no replyI have pictures from the ELD machine inside truck asking about loads. I did not hear from them until I e-mailed them today at 721 a.m. asking about my pay. I was told by the employer I was not getting my pay I have the e-mails. I need the money to pay my bills

You can sue your employer for breach of contract / account stated.
Your damages (monetary amount you are seeking in your lawsuit) are the amount you are owed.  You may be able to file your lawsuit in small claims court.  Upon prevailing in the case, you can also recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee.
