Can I travel to USA on B1/B2 if I have an i-130 Petition?

You can try but depending on who filed the I-130 on your behalf, you may or may not be granted a visa if you do not already have one and if you do, you may be questioned at the port of entry as to your intentions while in the US to ascertain whether or not you have immigrant intent.
