Do we continue making our rent payment to the comany that is managing our rental if it is under investigation by the FBI?
The property management company that we rent our home from here in Arizona has revived a cease and desist order. It appears they have used the monies from their trust fund that had all renters deposits and owners rent. Not much information is coming out. They are currently being investigated and manage nearly 800 homes here in the area.

Until you as the tenant have been served with some court order directing how your monthly rent payments for the unit you occupy is to be made, your payments should continue on as before, status quo. I suggest that you get receipts from the property manager every time you make a payment for the rental for future use and need.
