What to do if the IRS is taking every penny I make per week out of my direct deposit?

I only make $9.50 per hour. Will they be willing to negotiate a smaller payment plan so that I can live?

the IRS has a lot of ability to garn your money but it is usually only 10% from wages so this sounds unusual.  you may negotiate something less with them.  a bankruptcy may also discharge the IRS debt if it is income tax and more than 3 years old and you filed a return for the year in question.
