Temporary Custody or what?

My children are living with my mother in LA and I need to know what risks are there in giving her temporary custody and how do i even give her temporary custody of my children?

What are the risks? Depending.  Why are you giving your children to your mother? Are you in trouble? Are you a drug addict, alcoholic, all of the above? What are the underlying issues?

Well, your mom could try to be awarded permanent custody depending on your answers to the above questions.  How do you do the temporary custody thing?  There are particular filings you must file.  Don't do it yourself.  Try www.attorneypages.com.
