Store stole from me

I was in a Khols retail store and I was accused of stealing earrings and after I
gave my earrings to them they banned me from the store. Is there anything I can
do as far as suing them?

No, you can't sue them if you agreed to give them your earrings: you chose to do so (when you could have refused), and by choosing to "settle" the matter that way, you cannot now sue about a voluntary outcome. You also cannot sue about being banned from the store: stores have the right to ban people they suspect (even if it has not been proven) of stealing.
