It depends on the state in which you were convicted; in some felonies can be expunged while in others they cannot. Even when a felony can be cleared there are typically timeframes to be met and other eligbility requirements. The best thing for you to do no is to go online for information regarding expungments and the process for obtaining one; google the state name and then the word "expungment". If, after reading things over, you are still unclear as to your rights you can consult directly with a criminal law attorney in the area.
