if a seller removes attached property from a home that is under a short sale contract what action if any can buyer takein the state of arizona? thanks

It seems that the question is whether the thing the seller removed is a fixture (i.e. something that cannot be generally separated from the property.  Perhaps you can tell me what the thing was that got removed as it certainly matters.  Was the thing moveable?  I cannot provide you with advice here without know what the thing was.  Assuming they removed a fixture, you certainly have a cause of action against the seller.  Without knowing more i cannot help.  Rewrite your question and include more details please :)
