Re-marrying after divorce

I live in Oklahoma, can I legally get married in another state before the 6 month waiting period is up in oklahoma

No. Until your divorce is completely final in oklahoma with the Final Judgment or Final Decree entered and any waiting periods having expired, you are still considered married, and if you remarry prior to that, the subsequent marriage will not only be invalid, but you may also be guilty of the crime of bigamy.
