Question about obtaining green card through marriage

My girlfriend and I are getting married
she’s a us citizen and I’m not
She doesn’t make 23 000 on her W-2
forms and I’m fully legal to work in
USA. My question is do we still need a
sponsor even though I have a job that
pays really nice? I can make around 45
000 a year, but I started this job like

Thank you

You do not need to have a joint sponsor; you can use your income and you will simply need to submit an additional form to USCIS as part of your application package.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
