Is there a place online that I can go to that will show me step-by-step instructions on what documents I need and how to file?

I’m thinking of filing my own probate documents but need help on the process since my mother left no Will.

You can go to or something like rocketattorney to get help. There are books you can buy too to help you understand the probate process. What these websites do is to interview you first and then generate whatever document necessary for you.
