Own a house with an ex girlfriend

I own a house with my current ex…she
wants me out but we have kid
together…can she kickme out….what
rights do I have

No, she can't: if you are an owner of the house, you have an equal right to your ex-girlfriend's right to the use and occupancy of the home: that is, you have the same right to be there as she does, and she has no right to remove you, a co-owner of the property, from it.
