If you are an "non-exempt" worker (typically one who is paid hourly), then you are entitled to additional compensation for all time spent performing your job duties. This is true even if you are otherwise "off the clock". Furhter, to the extent that such work time puts you over 40 worked in a week, then you are entitled to overtime.
