If our roommate is breaking our year lease and I was wondering if there is anything we can do to since she refuses to help?

Since you were not specific as to what your roommate is doing to break your lease with your landlord in your question, it is hard for me to give you any suggestions as to how to try and remedy the problem other than speak with the roommate about changing the bad practice, speak with the landlord as to what happened or consult with a real estate attorney about the subject.
