If our landlord is losing the house due to foreclosure and the auction is on the 24th of this month, how do we find out if we still pay her or the bank?

You should have received a notice from the lender that foreclosed on the house as to payment of the rent.  If you are unclear then call the bank (the name and number should be on any notices you received) and speak with the attorney on the sale.  I am assuminjg that at this point you would be paying the lender but get a receipt.  Good luck.
