Not sure what to do

I was given anesthesia today when I specifically requested none be given. I have
had two prior same procedure w/o anesthesia. The procedure was a spinal
steroid epidural. ALL parties involved in my case were informed of my wishes.
The anesthesia was given prior to the Dr even coming in the room. Anesthesia
was ONLY to be given if medically necessary. The facility is aware of this error.
No injuries were sustained other then the way I now feel as if I was literally
assaulted medically.

You don't have a medical malpractice case because you were not injured.  A medical malpractice case requires a documented injury with medical treatment for that injury.
Medical malpractice is negligence which is the failure to exercise due care (that degree of care that a reasonable medical practitioner in the community would have exercised under the same or similar circumstances to prevent foreseeable harm).
