Generally, the golfer who hit the ball that broke your window is responsible. However, if it is difficult to prove what golfer actually hit the ball (i.e. the golfer leaves the "scene-of-the-crime"; no one claims responsibility), then your homeowner's insurance will probably cover it. Check with your insurance company.
