My spouse cheated on me but we tried to work things out. Is it still adultry?
We were suppose to have a threesome. There was to be nothing behind the others back. She and the guy met up and cheated behind my back. The threesome never took place. This happened again when I was out of town on work. She slept with someone else that I knew about but again the threesome never happened. The third time we went on a trip she invited a guy to the room was kissing on him. Again the threesome never happened. This all happened in 4 years ago. Is it still adultry even tho we had sex after?

From the technical sense under the archaic laws of all states in this country, if your spouse had sex with another person while married to you, then she committed adultery from what you have described in your question regardless of the fact that the act occurred more than four (4) years ago.
