If my son was sighted with consumption of alcohol and we now have to appear in court, what kind of fine are we looking at?

He has never been in trouble before.

Fines are difficult to determine because each court and jurisdiction may have different fee schedules and fine amounts. You can always call the court in which you are to appear and they will provide you that information prior tosour son's hearing date.
