What to do if my son was seriously injured while riding with another individual on a RTV?

He is under the age of 18. I had to take off work unpaid to take care of him. Can I recover my lost wages from my personal injury policy from my full coverage auto insurance?

No, you can only recover for lost wages where you could not work because you yourself were injured.  You can not recover lost wages where you took off work to care for the injured individual, unless, of course, you specifically contracted for such coverage.
