I am so sorry for your loss.  Yes, you need to probate the Will especially since she left everything to you.  This assumes that there is more to the estate than just the mobile home. And that these other assets may not be held jointly with you. All her personal effects - jewelry, clothes, etc., - as well as bank accounts, etc., will have to be transferred to you. The best thing for you to do is to take her will and go and see an attorney in your area regarding her estate.  He or she will want to know how everything is held and then they can tell you for sure the best way to proceed.  Good luck.
