If my parents own a condo tht is in my dad’s name only, would the condo automatically go to my mother if something happened to him?

It really depends but not without her name being on the condo papers "with rights of survivorship" or holding as huisband and wife (which assumes rights of survivorship). I would speak with an estate planner or attorney in your area as to the matter so that you can plan ahead.  Good luck.
