What to do if my parents died over 1 1/2 years ago but their estate is still not finalized?

Their will was cut and dry but it is still not finalized. I suspect my sister who is executor of the estate, is spending the money while she is prolonging the process. What should I do?

You should file an Order to Show Cause to either have her removed as executor or for a formal accounting or both.
