What to do if my neighbor’s car is parked next to mine and he has damage on his rear door that he claims is due to my car’s door hitting it?

He got a quote from his car company and is demanding me to contact my insurance to pay or me to pay. What should I do?

It would seem that such a case would be difficult to prove in court. You may certainly seek to mediate the dispute.  If you do not agree, prepare to defend in Court.
