What to do about getting proceeds from a lofe insurance company if I’m a beneficiary?

My mom just recently passed and I am named in her Will to recover monies from her life insurance. However, my brother is executor and he isn’t about to give me money if he doesn’t have too.

Present your identification and a certified copy of the death certificate to the life insurance company showing you are the designated beneficiary.
