What to do if my lease currently states that I would pay “X” for the entire year or “Y” monthly but the amount is not accurate?

The landlord has noticed me that the amount is inaccurate and no I owe an additional amount. Do I have to pay that amount? The lease states that I pay $4303 or $515 monthly. The amount covers the security deposit and prorated rent. The amount he should have charged was $4818. Do I have to pay that additional $515 or the whole amount on the lease?

Under the laws of all states in this country a document that is ambiguous such as the one that you are writing about is construed against the person who drafted it.
