What to do if my husband was charged with Aggravated Robbery but he was never in the house where this took place he was outside in his vehicle?

The guy that did this crime has wrote a statement and had it notarized saying my husband had nothing to do with this. With that said could this charge go away?

If your husband either drove the other suspect(s) to the scene where the robbery occurred, or drove the other suspect(s) from the scene where the robbery occurred, he could be charged with the exact same crime as the other suspect(s) under the theory of "parties to a crime".  He needs to retain an experienced attorney immediately.
