What to do if my husband wants to sell our home?

We own ir as husband and wife, joint tenants with rights of surviorship. I do not want to sell. Can he put it up for sale without my permission?

He can not transfer the property unless you sign the contract of sale and the deed or unless a judge orders that the property be sold (like in an action for divorce). The realtor would be foolish to list the property with out your signature on a listing agreement as well.  Good luck.
