Is there anyway out of our lease legally due to cime in our complex?

Our lease is up in 4 months. We are going to give our complex 30 days but we are trying to avoid and additional charges (besides the rent for the 30 days). We have had items stolen off our truck in the parking lot and the commmunity knows of break-ins in the community. They sent a letter to everyone in the community letting them know that there have been break-ins and to keep all doors locked. But this hasn’t helped the items stolen off my truck. The complex also said that they were going to be hiring security, which never happened.
