My husband and I have A home and both names are on the deed.

He refinanced the Home with only his name.
My question is Im I still co owner of our home.

So long as you are on the deed, you remain a titled owner. Your husband's refinace does not change that. Also, are you certain about your name not being on the refinance paperwork? Typically, a bank won't lend on a real estate loan without the signatures of all owners.
