My house was sold at a sheriffs auction in Oklahoma

The new owner came over and offered me $400 to leave the house in good shape when I moved out.I need to know when I have to move. Do I get a eviction notice? The house was sold on 6/25/09

Usually if you don't move voluntarily, the sheriff will come in and evict.  Timing isn't always set in stone, but it is up to you on how you wish to play this out.
