What to do if my great grandmother died and the executor of her Trust will not give me any information or release my 50% portion to me?

The executor, my cousin, collects rent monthly on the real property and i have yet to receive any of the money.

I am so sorry for your loss.  The wording of the trust will determine if your cousin is doing anything to breach his duties.  In other words, it depends on what your Grandmother wanted and how it is to be distributed.  Does the trust specifically state that you are to receive 50% of the proceeds every month?  Then your cousin is in breach of his duties and you would have to speak with an attorney on your own behalf about challenging him.  Good luck.
