What to do if my fiancée has been living in her grandmother’s house for 5 years now and her father charges her rent but I just found out the house was left to her in her grandmother’s Will?

What is her legal right to the house and how can she get a copy of the Will because her dad will not produce it. The house is paid off; her father charges her $1.000 a month.

You need the assistance of a lawyer in the area where your fiancee lives.  If her grandmother left her the house in the will, then her father is misappropriating her property.  Your fiancee can take action to place the house in her name and recover the funds she paid to her father, but you need the assistance of a lawyer.
