What to do if my father’s Will says that my stepmom gets everything when he dies and now she had him put in hospice care and is lying to him that there is no money left?

He lost his glasses and cannot see that there is money left and the facility he lives in won’t take him for new glasses because he is hospice. Can anything be done about her not using his money to care for him? He is not dead yet and it is his money.

I am so sorry for the situation. If you feel that your step mom is not taking good care of your Dad's needs you can make an application to the court to become his guardian and conservator.  As a practical matter, try going to any local store that sells reading glasses and buy those over the counter ones with the strongest prescription allowed and see if that helps.  Good luck.
