What are my rights if my late father left me a truck in Trust when he passed away but my stepmother has titled it in her name?.

The Trust is worded that I will get the truck when my stepmother is done with it. She is now saying that she wants to hold onto the truck for a year or so. Is there a way to get around this? Is it legal for her to title the truck in her name when it was left to me in Trust?

You have a revertionary interest in the Truck.  If the Trust says your stepmother gets to use it first, before it passes to you, then you will just have to wait your turn.  She is within her rights to title the car in her name while it is hers to use.
