If my ex broke our custody agreement by moving my son into his girlfriend’s place, where do we stand now?

One would need to read the agreement fully to determine what you need to do.  But generally speaking, you would take him back to court on a motion for breach of the agreement.  And if the agreement was part of a court order then contempt.  Get help.  Good luck.
