My divorce is now final but my ex refuses to leave the apartment. What can I do to get him out?

Does the divorce give you exclusive use and occupancy of the marital home?  If the answer is yes then he is considered a trespasser and you can take the steps permitted to have him removed.  I would give him a deadline, in writing, and offer to help move the matter along.  Or ask your lawyer to send his lawyer a letter with a deadline date.  Good luck.
