What will happen if my daughter just made a left hand turn into work and hit and killed a man on a motorcycle?

She never saw him. He was driving without a license and is on parole. Will she be charged and, if so, with what? She is a single mom with no record. I’m worried.

You need to contact an attorney as soon as possible.  This has potential criminal consequences.  Find a good local attorney as you will have civil issues as well.

With that said, this will depend on a number of factors.  The DA will have to prove she committed a crime.  Regardless, there will be a civil suit.
