My company was giving severance pay to people who resigned and I did not get it .

My company recently reduced
everyone’s salary so with the pay cut
some people found other jobs and
resigned. They were giving severance
pay after signing a disclosure to not
sue the company or bad mouth them. I
found a new job and gave notice.
When I asked about the severance
they said that they are no longer giving
it. Also stating they haven’t done this in
a couple of months but I spoke to
people who got it 3 weeks ago. Do I
have a case here to get them to give
me the severance as I did not sign any
disclosure upon my resigning

Unfortunately, you do not have a case, unless you had a written employment contract guarantying you severance. In the absence of a contract, severance is wholly voluntary on the part of an employer: they can decide if, when, to whom, and how much to pay, and may offer it to some employees but not others.
