My boyfriend wants to throw me out the house today. Can he make me leave today if my name is not on rent or do i have rights?

if your name is not on the lease agreement and you are not legally responsible for the home than you really have no legal rights to live in the home. You can always attempt to make and argument if you have been paying rent or the expenses and can show the money trail but even than its not a guarantee and probably will only buy you a few weeks if anything.
If it is his home and he does not want you to live there than he has a right to kick you out. As for doing it in one day legally he can but you may be able to have an attorney contact him to allow you a couple weeks to locate another place to live
