Must I force my 15 year old daughter to visit her father?

If your teenage daughter does not want to visit her father and she has justifiable reasons for such, then you need to have a discussion with the father as to why she does not want to visit him. It seems that in the matter you have written, it is not good to force a teenager to do what she does not want to do.
