i married in south carolina 19 yrs ago we stayed together 2 to 3 months i left thought he got a divorce discoved 19 yrs later he did not i live in texas now can i get a divorce or do i need to since it has been 19 yrs is their a statue of limitations

You need to get a divorce since you were never legally divorced. There is no statute of limitations for marriage. To legally end a marriage, you need to get a legal divorce.
