LLC members, removing one

Hello,
I currently am listed on an LLC with another person. What route can I take to ask her to sign off the llc so I am only listed. What if she refuses?
We do not have an operating agreement signed.

You can ask them to do this, and you can try to make it worth their while to do this (e.g. buy them out). But ultimately, they have to agree to do this--you can't make them do it against their will. If they do agree, all you need is a contract, signed by both of you, with the terms under which the are ging up their interest to you. You can then change any entries with the state with which you are registered.
